We have 120 QC staff overseeing all processes from incoming materials to final packaging: IQC, QC, QA, IPQC and QE. We also carry out various testing methods, including drop, vibration, high-/low-temperature tests to ensure top performance.
Our factory houses 14 plastic injection machines and a number of automated spray production lines, silkscreen production lines, bonding and SMT lines. With our facilities covering 60,000 square meters, we can make 500,000 radios, 50,000 nostalgia wooden/retro music centers and 100,000 iPod docking stations/MP3 players monthly. Our 3,000 workers work closely with you for volume orders.
